Breeze Construction, owned by Chandler Heath, completed merging 2 condos for us. This involved planning the project, moving walls, completely redoing one kitchen, reconstructing two bathrooms combining them into one master bath, changing a kitchen into a full bar. All of this involved working within the complexities of a high rise condo including limited hours being permitted to work, rules regarding plumbing and electrical issues, etc. He is pleasant to work with as well as doing incredibly good work.
