I just used DB's Plumbing in Woodbridge to replace my Hot Water Heater. They gave me a quote and the next day it was installed. Very reasonable, and professional. (coupon's on line) Whatever you do, don't use Dwyer. They overcharged me once, called to discuss and was told they can charge what they want.
