All work done was efficient, on time and as promised. They switched my TV from cable to streaming on AppleTV and connected new Sonos and other equipment. My laptop was reconfigured and "cleaned up", also wiped old laptop so that it could be donated. They also coach me over the phone, whenever I have a problem/question online. They also have advised me with internet security issues. Basically they do it all.
