We had the trifecta +1 of HVAC issues; old corroded metal ductwork, an inefficient heating & cooling system, old inefficient insulation AND rodents colonized in our attic & crawlspace. I did my homework, called around to secure bids to handle all of these issues. Many, if not most HVAC companies don't handle all those items. Most if not all rodent eradication companies don't do HVAC. As a result, everything would have been VERY expensive. Insulation & HVAC Gurus handle it all and they do it well. Simon, one of the owners came out, inspected my home, my system, listed to my needs and provided one reasonable proposal to handle everything. Not only that, Simon determined my existing heater was larger than needed & the A/C was insufficient to properly cool my home. After reviewing all the proposals, my wife & I easily determined Insulation & HVAC Guru's was the right company for us! In spite of being busy, they scheduled us in. The crew showed up on time every day ready to work. Everyone from the company practiced safe, social distancing, wore masks, protective clothing and laid down tarps & construction paper to protect our home. They removed the existing ductwork, insulation & HVAC system, vacuumed the rodent feces (with a GIANT closed loop vacuum system), sanitized the attic & crawlspace, sealed & secured rodent entry points with heavy wire hardware cloth and replaced everything. The crew as super professional, hardworking and courteous too. When they were finished they left our home cleaner than they found it. Our new system works amazingly well too.
