Had Phil install new bathroom fixtures and change out faucets. I had some old drywall replaced and he put a texture finish on and it looks original. Also had him replace two older interior doors, hung a ceiling fan and put in a new outlet. He is affordable so I have a list of things that I have him work on when he's not busy. He is local to WLA but does work in SM and Venice too.
