Have used Jeremy's services personally such as installing faucet, and repairing toilet leak (new ring was needed). Most recently, he installed 2 water heaters, one in Roswell, one in Poncey Highland where it leaked in a rental home. He contacted tenants to make sure it was the right diagnosis and the next day installed a new one. Another time, a sewer back-up, he came out on a Sunday, did the digging outside to the sewer connection, snaked it without success but diagnosed the problem as being in the street (City of Atlanta responsibility), helped talk to Public Works; within 7+ days, Public Works came out, repaired the broken sewer pipe, installed a clean out on the property. Another clean-out was installed next to the house. Jeremy is not only extremely professional but most reliable and responsible.
